READ ME! HOW-TO AND WHATNOT:
[Some general guidelines… ‘order form’ is down further]



1. All art you purchase from me will be of my best quality. Should you want anything tweaked with it, I will be glad to oblige.

2. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

3. How do you pay? Two ways:

a: through Paypal (sent to katherine.hillman@gmail.com)

b. Through a money order in Canadian or US dollars.

Well hidden money is also accepted. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES. I do not take responsibilty for lost/stolen money, which is why I like money orders.


4. Payment must be received before art will be started. This means, I get money orders, sniff sweet dolla-bills and deposit paypal funds before I go for it. As soon as I satisfy my greedy, money-lovin’ self, I’ll send you a note, and start right away.


5. Commissions might be uploaded to Deviantart (not sold as prints here, though), and may be used in my portfolio. If either of these ideas bother you, let me know.

6. Although these commissions are intended to just be uploaded to the internet, I can send you the actual piece (or a print, in the case of digital art.) There will be additional shipping costs, depending on size/weight/where it’s going. Let me know right off the bat if this is your intention, so payment will be more organized. I'm more than happy to send you the artwork.

7. All prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE, especially depending on the request. Receiving the printable file for further use (commercial or personal) will require different prices, depending on the situation. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want, though.

MATERIALS USED:

Digital colouring: CS4 + tablet
Sketches: graphite, Faber Castell brush pens, acyrlic inks, coloured pencil, willow charcoal
Paper: Stonehenge/rag paper, or some sort of higher quality stuff (generally a print-making kind.)

What it is:
Pretty much most of what you’ll find in my gallery. It’s a digitally created and fully coloured image.


What you can get:
Original characters, fan art, rp/Gaia characters, anthro… you name it. If you have questions, just ask.



Pricing: (full colour or grayscale/toned)

1 Character (headshot) + simple bg: 15.00
1 Character (full body) + simple bg: 25.00
+ more complex background: +5.00
+ 1 additional headshot character: +10.00
+ 1 additional full body character: +20.00

SKETCHES:



What it is:
Graphite, willow charcoal, ink, or coloured ink sketches of whatever you like, on a high quality paper. As said before, I'm more than happy to send you the original artwork, but I will have to charge you the shipping fees.

EXAMPLES:






Fill this out (minus my odd instructions, that is ), and send it to me as a note on Deviantart.

1.Your email: so I can get in contact if need be. Also, if we go the paypal route, I'll need it.

2. Your request: What you want to get. Make sure to include reference pictures or written descriptions: basically, anything you think is important in depicting the character/person/whetever. Any specifications, like poses, backgrounds, objects, colours, toning, pets, etc., are made here.

3. Payment method: Money order, cheque, cash, paypal… let me know, so we can figure out which way to go about it.

4. Original art: In the case of traditional medium, like an ink sketch, you can request to have the original artwork. Additional mailing fees will be included with the price. For digital art, just put N/A, unless you’d like a print (again, discuss this with me.)

5. Price: What the price of what you’re getting should be. I just want to make sure we’re on the same page.

6.Misc: Random notes, or whatever other junk you can think of. If you are against your piece being put on DA, please tell me here. Any concerns or questions can go here too.

2. Your request: A full-body digital coloured cartoon of my character Jason [link] , drinking from a bottle of wine. Sloppily. For the background, just something simplified...a ballroom of some sorts.

6.Misc: Can I have someone poking their head out of a window for free, or is that considered an extra person?
